Elites decide who wins fights, judging on...

1) How creative with moves the fighters are
2) How high their skills are
3) The odds. Example: A pup has a 5/100 chance at winning against a adult
4) The fighter's strengths and weaknesses
5) Why they're fighting
6) Their health
7) Much more

Keep these in mind when fighting another.
